Safety, Health & Environment

We recognise that we are in an industry with a more than average concern towards Health, Safety and the Environment. We believe that accidents are preventable and risks to health are containable. Towards addressing these concerns, we have outlined a Safety, Health and Environment Policy.

"1.	All potential hazards for products and processes will be identified, and precautions planned and implemented through all stages of the production cycle - construction, operations, maintenance and delivery.
2.	The solutions will be based on principles of sustainable development keeping in mind economic and technical aspects.
3.	All persons directly dealing in identified hazardous processes & products will be made aware of the same and trained to handle contingencies.

ENVIRONMENTAL CLEARANCE

We M/s Alkyl Amines Chemicals Limited, are pleased to inform that the Environment Department, Government of Maharashtra has accorded Environmental clearance for our expansion project to increase Manufacturing capacity from 34796 MT/A to 45156 MT/A at Plot No.D-6/1 & D-6/2, Kurkumbh Indusrial Area, Daund Taluka, Pune District under reference no:SEAC 2010/CR.498/TC.2 dated 24th February 2011. The copies of clearance letter are available with the MPCB and may also be seen at website at http://envis.maharashtra.gov.in
