Storage

Can be handled in safe manner in closed containers for a long period. Avoid contact with copper and its alloys. DCHA drums should be stored in a cool and well ventillated area,away from sources of ignition.

Health & Safety

Dicyclohexylamine is irritating to skin,eyes and mucous membrane. In case of contact, affected area to be washed with plenty of water atleast for 15 minutes. A dilute solution of Acetic Acid (2%) may be used to neutralize the amine. Continuous inhalation of fumes should be avoided. In case of inhalation, victim should be moved to fresh air and oxygen should be administered. In case of ingestion, victim should be made to consume copious quantity of milk and water. A medical practitioner should be consulted at once.
