Properties Application Areas

Fuel Additives

Addition of small dosage in middle distillates inhibits sludge formation and improves colour stability when used with metal deactivator. Derivates of DMCHA acts as excellent corrosion inhibitor for liquid fuels.

Polyurethane

As a catalyst used in the production of rigid PU foams.

Rubber Chemicals

Derivatives of DMCHA can be used as accelerator in rubbers.
DMCHA is used as an intermediate for the chemical industry e.g. for producing quaternary ammonium compounds, plasticizers, textile auxiliaries, emulsifiers & floatation auxiliaries.

Storage

Can be stored in safe manner in closed containers for a long period. Avoid contact with copper and its alloys.
DMCHA drums should be stored in a cool and well ventillated area, away from sources of ignition.

170 kg. net wt. in Mild Steel Drums.

Health & Safety

DMCHA is irritating to skin,eyes and the mucous membrane.
In case of contact,affected area to be washed with plenty of water at least for 15 minutes.
In case of inhalation,victim should be moved to fresh air and oxygen should be administered.
In case of ingestion,victim should be made to consume copious quantity of milk and water.
Medical advice should be sought at once.
